FULL - TIME POSITION
Director of Development (View Job Description Here)
In a small, fast paced and rapidly growing organization, the Director of Development is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of MICR’s annual development and fundraising plan, managing up-to-date donor records in our CRM and managing a calendar of impactful fundraising events. MICR’s DOD works closely with the Executive Director and staff to secure the financial resources, partnerships, visibility, and assets required to execute our mission. This position reports to the Executive Director and supervises one employee.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and will remain open until the position is filled.
Preferred start date is Monday, July 7th, 2025
PART - TIME POSITIONS
One Program Coach:
Lead and oversee all core functions of a competitive HS or MS team
Attend weekly coach calls + monthly training
Competitive hourly pay
2-3 days per week (6-10 hours per week)
Two Program Coach:
Lead and oversee all core functions of a competitive MS to HS program pipeline including all administrative and coaching responsibilities for both teams
Competitive hourly pay
4-6 days per week (15-20 hours per week)
Academic Mentor:
Meet with a college freshman or sophomore twice weekly throughout the academic year, building a supportive relationship and helping them develop time management, study, and organizational skills
Attend weekly trainings and biweekly caseload check-ins with the Program Manager
Competitive hourly pay
Can be in-person in Memphis, hybrid, or fully remote
3-10 hours per week (depends on your availability and preferred number of mentees)
